There shouldn't be a problem if you do that. :)|||Unfortunately I tried that & it didnt work. When I fired up GPGNet it said I still needed to update & I got the patch failed error. Error MSG said failure in naming/deleting file gpgnet.bat...Any other help would be appreciated...|||Wait, what exactly is being patched, the game or GPGNET?
Mike|||Also, is everything (patch and GPGNet) being run as an administrator?|||The game is being patched Orange. After Ive installed both Supcom & FA, I log into GPGnet & it starts to update to latest patch then I get the error I mentioned above..Not sure about admin question...But when I try to open GPGnet it wont even open...wtf|||Download the manual patch, then make sure it runs with administrator privileges (needed for Vista/Win7 only). Make sure GPGnet is also run as an admin.
Uninstall GPGnet and install it from this link.|||Ok I did what you guys said but unfortunately when I go to install the GPGnet download link you provided it says error occurred installing GPGNet & it wont allow me to install...I changed everything to run at admin level but once again when I go open gpgnet I get the same error I mentioned above...|||Unistall gpgent and supcom and use the following patches, below
GPGnet
http://gpgnet.obliteratingwave.co.uk/Do ... .5.225.zip
Vanillia
http://gpgnet.obliteratingwave.co.uk/Do ... 1.3280.exe
Forged Alliance
http://gpgnet.obliteratingwave.co.uk/Do ... 5.3599.exe
If you have any issue installing any of them also do the folowing on the exes.
