about language

Hi,
Sorry for my English. I'm Belgian and I have a problem with Supreme Commander.
On the box it's written "game in French" but all is in English. I searched patches and help on the net but nobody can help me.
I contacted THQ support in France but I'm Belgian and so they don't want to help me. They told me that I have to change "us" by "fr" in the file game.prefs .
I do but it's still in English.
I contacted THQ support in USA and they said me coming here.
The game belongs to my godson. He will be 9 years old in May and doesn't speak English.
I accidentally deleted his savegames and so I would like to set the game in French for he forgives me.
Please help me.

Jeremy Meunier|||Bonjour, vous pouvez remplacer le fichier "loc_US.scd" en \SupCom - Forged Alliance\gamedata avec "loc_FR.scd" qu'il vous pouvez télécharger ici. C'est le loc_FR.scd pour FA, je ne suis pas sûr qu'il peut marcher avec le premier supcom
La ligne dans game.prefs qui dit " language = 'us' " devrait être "language = 'fr' " aussi|||Merci pour ta réponse.
J'avais déjà essayé mais je viens de le refaire avec ce fichier mais ça ne fonctionne pas.
Je n'arrive pas à comprendre pourquoi on écrit sur la boite "en français" alors que c'est faux. Mystère!
