[:1]When I try to use the retail->latest version patch, it tells me its not compatible with my OS (64-bit Win 7). Is there a patch that's compatible?|||Specifically, what does it say? There's no 64-bit patches.|||It says "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."
This is after I download the patch and then move it into my FA install directory and attempt to run it.|||Few questions;
1. Why move it to the install folder? They'll happily install from where you downloaded them to.
2. Do you have FA installed in Program Files? That might be the cause, as Vista/7 try to prevent tampering of programs.|||I recently upgraded to a 64-bit system and I didn't have any problems with patches, I even installed the game in my window's directory to make use of my SSD for FA.
