Half year ago BAN

I'm here because it makes about half a year I was banned from GPG and supreme commander.
I thought it would be a temporary ban, as it was a minor infraction, without previous notice, but as I said months ago, I try to recover the account and can not find any support or methods for doing it.
i gonna explain the exactly reason why i get baned, because i don't want lie, and i want solve this situation:
i was playing the map "battleofthermopilaev3" with tech2 restriction. It was a 3v3 party. One mate, days before, told me about MOD "conditional upgrader", and it's obvius i used it in that party.
one of the enemies player, result he be an admin, he only said me i going to get baned, and don't told me any reason or information for this ban.
i know i used bug, i recognise it, but i think permaban is excessive. i hate cheaters too, but in this case it only be a bug usage to reach t3 enginers, not be a cheat for earn unlimited reources, or insta enemies kill, or something that makes unplayable party.
in this way, the guys how brakes the rules (for example) no teleport or no t4arty in a party where enders are disabled, should have the same punishment.
is my humble opinion, I hope comments both for and against, and atleast resolve this misunderstanding.
i'm not a cheater, and i don't go try to be it never! if one thing is disallowed, when i'm noticed, i don't use it never more
PD. i'm spanish, and it's hard to me found or read all new rules that says what is ok and what is not. I do all my efforts and i think for one mistake, i don't need to be baned permanently from this awesome game and comunity. Let me another oportunity please!
