Miscellaneous Features of FA

[:1]There are many features in Supcom that I had no idea existed until I went on the web in search of said stuff. To save future noobs the troubles of what I went through, I have decided to start a thread to detail the features I found and (hopefully) learn of features that only you guys know. Ok, I'll start off:
Auto Surface
Right clicking the surface button on a submarine will teel it to surface to engage shore or air targets, if it has to. Sadly, it won't dive automatically having destroyed its target, and they won't surface to engage hover units, only shore targets.
Loyalist SAM Delfection
If an air transport is flying away from SAM missiles and is loaded with a loyalist or six, the loyalists will redirect one SAM each. This is great against Aeon SAMs, decent against UEF, kinda useful agianst Cybran, and useless against Seraphim. Does not work on Cybran ASF missiles, Cybran t1 mobile anti air missiles, or Aeon combat fighter missiles. Redirected SAMs do not damage the SAM sites, oddly.
Coordinated Attack
Edit: READ BELLOW, THEN TRY YOURSELF, POST FEEDBACK!
This is not so muh hard to discover as it is hard to make work. If you don't mess with it, you might think it doen't work at all. For a coordinated attack to work, all groups must have the same kind of units, they can have different numbers of units, but they must have the same type. If the target is mobile, their is an added 50% chance of the attack getting messed up. Tanks, hover units, ships, and submarines have no trouble coordinating. Shields, being unable to attck, cannot coordinating. Bombers have a 50/50 chance of coordinating, but coordinate much better when out of fuel. Gunships, all fighters, and bots will not coordinate. You cannot coordinate air units with ground units, but two groups of mixed amphibious units and ships can coordinate.
To initiate an attack, set a move command, then a move into formation command (drag-right click). Finally, double right click the target without prompting from the game. Do this with all like groups. If all goes well, each group will arrive at their formation waypoint and wait for everyone else to get into foromation, and then attack.
Have a feature no one knows about? Change that by posting today.|||As far as I know, Coordinated Attack does not work. At all. As in it was actually left out of the game.
Could be wrong though.|||They are all features of the game btw.
And theres not much they can do about it either if they can't patch it and if there lossing money.|||reddev33|||slinki|||Uh, does anyone know if the auto surface function is worth using? From what I do know about it, it seems like it still needs some work, because as it is it isn't.
Yes, I tested the Coordinated attack function, it works in SOME situations. It is too confusing for me myself to use in game. If anyone can post a replay in which one worked and they gained because of it, it would be made of win.|||Mods
Mods area awesome, but all of the people who aren't on the forum(and even some who are) don't know jack about Mods. Which is a shame because there are plenty of high quality mods out there.
